Pneumatic Fully Lined Ball Valve

Fluorine-lined ball valve structure is full-diameter floating ball type (two-stage type) and full-diameter fixed ball type (three-stage type) (small-diameter is two-piece type, large-diameter is three-piece type). Corrosive medium in the pipeline can be used for fluid regulation and control. Compared with other valves, it has the following characteristics:

3. Adopt special moulding technology to line the lining material on the inner wall of the valve housing, which can resist the corrosion of strong acid and alkali. The combination of lining spherical surface and PTFE valve seat has good sealing performance and achieves zero leakage.
4. Can be equipped with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic and other driving devices to achieve long-distance control and automatic operation.
5. The sphere and valve stem are integrated into one body, eliminating the difference in rotation angle, eliminating the danger of the valve stem punching out of the body due to pressure changes, and ensuring the safety and reliability of use.
